As a courtesy and part of this office's full service approach to your care we electronically submit claims to your insurance company. It is ultimately your responsibility to ensure the coverage is available through your provider before your first visit.

ALL copay and deductibles are collected at the session.

I want to thank you for considering to choose me as your therapist, it is my honor to work with you. I wanted to take a few moments to explain how I manage my caseload to help you understand process and some policies as a way of welcoming you to ask questions and give feedback.

When we meet and agreed to work together to help you achieve  your health and wellness goals, you are given a a set time and day for your sessions. In other words, that means that I don’t book that time for others  (it’s like a reservation). Please honor it as much as possible when making other plans. Life happens and changes need to be made as in all parts of life. 

​

Three late cancellations will result in a referral elsewhere to another provider.

​

Due to a full client roster in my caseload, my availability to rebook is limited. I will always try my best to accommodate you.

​

Currently my availability is listed above,   I will attempt to offer alternate times to accommodate a special or urgent need.

 

Late cancellations that are made within the 24 hours of the appointment will be assessed a full session price fee.  Please notify me as soon as possible of cancellations and if you’re very ill I’m happy to waive the fee.  

 

I will not testify in court on behalf of clients and I do not accept gifts.
