Quality of Life

Reflecting on the term quality of life makes one ponder the past and compare. "The god old days" seem idyllic compared to today's rat race of work and endless streams of communication and interruptions. Where is time to linger, relax and enjoy? Well the truth is that we need to make it. Yes, schedule a party, a get together or an outing like the rest of your activities so it "gets done." We can't wait wait for anyone to take responsibility for our needs, we have to make it happen. Quality of life, family and friend time and time in nature are essential to health and happiness.
