Happiness Is an inside job

No amount of material goods, job status, education, looks or accomplishments will make you happy. Happiness comes from having a sense of self respect, self-love and self acceptance. Therapy helps you realize your strengths, reduce unhealthy thinking and increase adaptability and resilience. These factors help you to feel happy, even in the face of challenges and stress.
