Are you happy?
What makes us happy is usually outside of our experience. It’s something temporal and physical. Puppies, cupcakes and hugs from a good friend. The happiness state that we desire is fleeting. I suggest and support developing contentment, a state of peace no matter what you are doing.
Contentment is possible when your stuck in the house on a rainy day but you had other plans. Acceptance has a lot to do with it. Step back and relax.
