EMDR

This is an “A” grade therapy Therapy to treat trauma. I’m heading into the last day of the first leg of training and my mind is blown. I’m healing from old trauma from being bullied in 4th grade! Wow, I thought I was over that decades ago but it was an old element in my life experience that fed other experiences of feeling powerless. The only way to provide this is to experience it and I will continue to use it to help myself process trauma that I experience in the work I do. I can’t imagine wait to share it with you.
